From engineering to art. THE high tech INAUGURATION EVENT IN THE HEART OF DESERT

BARZAN

GAZ
PLANT
LAUNCH

The Barzan LNG plant is strategically situated in the North Field of Ras Laffan Industrial City.  This project forms part of Qatar's National Vision 2030, aiming for a prosperous and developed nation by then. At the same time, it was a strategic power source for The FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022.

This plant's stakes were so high, and it should be presented spectacularly. Our team with main organiser Qvision Productions passed all stages of project development through tenders and adaptation of the specific technical information about natural gas production to event content. Get a look at process!

AN 6 HOURS
PROGRAM AND
2000 m ² TENT

The Emir of Qatar should conclude the inauguration day with a Barzan gas station tour. The main organiser Qvision Productions team supplied a massive tent (around 2000m2) to feature our main launching program and additional activities for guests in the reception area, ensuring that all visitors were entertained throughout the event. A comprehensive timetable encompassing a variety of programs had been carefully arranged in advance by us and commanded great praise from attendees afterwards.

ENERGETIC
FLOW AND
KINETICS IN
THE STAGE
DESIGN

For the main inauguration moment, we wanted to create an unforgettable experience with a unique take on launches. To achieve this aim, our stage design featured intricate details and visuals that emphasised power and energy. Additionally, as part of the inaugural celebration, there was also a kinetic show which made it truly original compared to other programs like it!

PROGRAM
PREVISUALI
ZATIONS

We created an enchanting, synchronised show for the launch moment that brought together content segments, kinetic choreography and spectacular special effects. To ensure a perfect performance we developed detailed 3D revisualisations of every element of the program.

MAIN VIDEO
STORY BOARD

An intense two-month work on the main video included a multi-tiered client team to review and give the seal of approval. To stay on track within our tight timeframe, we relied heavily on meticulous project management coupled with stunning visuals that were present starting from storyboard stage.

DETAILED
MODELLING
OF THE GAS
STATION

We have involved technical engineers in the work process to create a precise and intricate 3D model replicating the gas station, ensuring that each component is accurately reproduced. This meticulous attention to detail ensures an impressive launch as well as top-notch installation results.

EVENT BRANDING

At this special event, we crafted an internal corporate branding that encapsulated the spirit of the project.
We proposed 3 distinct types of branding to capture all facets of the project and truly convey its essence.

INFOTAINMENT INSTALLATIONS

For the welcome area, we prepared 6 installations which has functional,
entertainment (mood) or informative informative purpose.

SLIDING MONITOR

HOW THE BARZAN WORKS

Our sliding monitor was reprogrammed and scanned the picture of entire gas station, providing us with detailed data on each segment of this complex plant.

INTERACTIVE MOTION CONTROLLED WALL

Here with our partners Leva (the studio which works with interactive mechatronics for future entertainment), we prepared an interactive wall where people can rule the movement of the energy particles with a gesture.

CURVED RECEPTION DESC

The reception desk combined detailed information about the project and our key energy energy flow theme.

INFO POINT

MAIN STAGES OF THE PROJECT

The Barzan project has been developed for almost 10 years. It had many stages and a lot of interesting information. All were presented in the info point, where visitors could read details details about each stage.
